[04] THE PERSON BEHIND THE SYSTEMS
AN EXPLORATORY JOURNEY.
I am curious, humorous, ambitious, competitive, introverted, adventurous, detail-oriented, and a perfectionist.
- Early Days: Participated in NCC, NSS, and sports before deciding to focus on academics.
- The Spark: Started with C++ because someone suggested it, then explored data science.
- Experimentation: Built ML + IoT projects, published IEEE research. Found out what didn't work.
- The Shift: Discovered backend engineering. Getting software to work wasn't enough anymore—I cared about structure, patterns, and databases.
- Production Reality: Joined AlphaGrep Securities, learning how software survives in high-frequency, high-stakes environments.
- Graduation & New Tools: Completed my degree (2026). Discovered Go and its concurrency model.
- Current State: Building Finance Manager to track my own spending because cash is too easy to forget.
